Interfex? Who can become a member of Interfex? Every company and every person with complete legal competence can become a member of Interfex. The registration is simple. Click "Register" on the main menu. Please fill in your personal data in the entry screen. The fields marked with an arrow have to be completed in any case. After sending off the completed registration form by mouse click and after having read the GBTs , you will receive your login name and your password by fax. As a new member, you will receive starter's credit which gives you free use of TradeNews for two months and permits you to place 5 standard ads in TradeNews. How do I log in as a member (Login)? As a member, you will access Interfex directly using the "Login" function in the main menu. You only have to enter your login name and your password. Why and how should I log off (Logoff)? Logging off (Logoff) is recommended for safety reasons. When you log in using your membership name and password, you are able to place advertisements and thereby charge your credits. We recommend that you log off when you leave your computer. This will prevent unauthorized third parties from making transactions under your name. To log off, you click "Logoff" in the main menu. After that, you are logged off automatically. I forgot my password. What to I do? If you forgot your password, please click the link Forgotten password. We will then send you a fax indicating your password. All personal data are transmitted in encrypted mode. The data registered by us are used only for operating the Interfex platform. Interfex is financed through annual or monthly flatrate fees of its associated members and through advertising. Your decisive advantage is that the costs are limited right from the outset and that you are completely free as to the extent to which you use our products and services. By using this clearance method, interfex AG wishes to encourage the inflow of a great variety of requests and offers. For the membership fees, please see our Price List. How and when do I have to pay? After the first two months, we will offer you a subscription for TradeNews. The fee is due for 6 months in advance. If you want to discontinue using the services of Interfex, you simply ignore the offer. We will then block your access after two weeks' time. This does not entail any cost for you. A Credit is a coupon equivalent for instance to an advertisement or the monthly fee for TradeNews. You can put a credit on your Interfex account and then use it up gradually. Depending on how many Credits you take per purchase, you will receive a discount of up to 45%. The Price for one Credit is in between EURO 10,50 to 19.-! See Price List. As a member, you will find your personal section under "My Informer". This is where you can manage all ads and entries (offers/requests) prepared by you, as well as the replies you receive. Your Informer includes a watchlist for TradeNews where you can enter all standard searches that you use in your everyday work. Later on, upon completion of the TradeFloor, there will also be a watchlist for that level, as well as an area for closed auctions and invitations to tender to which you are invited. If you are looking for products which are not currently for sale on our platform, you can enter a request. This will inform other users about your demand and they can make offers to you. What are the selection criteria for the currency for sales, bids, and payments? Upon entering the item, the author determines the currency which will then be valid for purchase, sale, for all quotations and payments. Questions and Answers about TradeNews - How does TradeNews work? TradeNews can be compared to an advertising magazine. You can place ads as requests or offers and they are grouped into areas and sections. The ads are available on-line to subscribers and in addition they are delivered to the desired target group by E-mail or by fax. The ads can be placed also by box number. Members can reply to the ads via the Interfex platform. By indicating the expiry date, you decide for how long your ad will be available to interested persons. After the expiry date, the ad will be deleted. What is the cost of TradeNews? The monthly rate for the TradeNews subscription is 1 Credit. See Price List. What is a standard advertisement? A standard advertisement is presented in the Web. All TradeNews subscribers are able to give an online reply to this ad and/or learn the advertiser’s address. Depending on the settings of the Informer and the type of selected subscription, the ads will be delivered to the subscribers up to 2 times via E-mail or fax. The expiry date for an advertisement is determined by the advertiser. If you are an advertiser yourself, you will be notified of an incoming reply by e-mail, fax, or SMS. The News of the day is treated with special emphasis. It will appear on the first page for 24 hours after the login frame and on the starting page of "My Informer". After that, it will be treated like a standard advertisement, the difference being that members without a TradeNews subscription may also answer to this ad. The News of the week is treated with special emphasis. It will appear on the first page for 7 days after the login frame and on the starting page of "My Informer". Afterwards, it will be treated like a standard advertisement, the difference being that members without a TradeNews subscription may also answer to this ad. How can I use the assessment of an ad as a prospective customer? By the assessments Top, Good, and OK, you can sort the replies to ads according to your requirements.
